Applying pressure sensitive adhesive (one or two sides) to a substrate, or the joining of two substrates, utilizing pressure and/or heat to create a bond. Up to 60" web available, or zone coating to .125". In-line slitting and sheeting offered.
Die Cutting
Creating custom shapes to close tolerances specified by customers. This process utilizes high speed rotary, steel rule, progressive or match metal tooling.
Slitting
Providing custom widths from .125" to 54" wide, utilizing a variety of slitting modes.
Specialty Converting
These processes make our products easy to apply, simple to use, making them "user friendly." They include zone coating, back splitting, extended liners, tabs, spooling, liner changes, sheeting, custom length rolls or other tailored features your production line may require.
